FAQ Shipping

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email  (excluding weekends and holidays).  Orders received on Fridays after 2:00 P.M. PST will be processed on Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Standard Orders: All standard packages are shipped USPS or UPS (at the discretion of Full Potential Educational Resources) and usually arrive within 5 - 7 business days after processing. 

  • We offer Free Shipping on standard packaged orders over $49.  
  • Some of our products require additional shipping time/and or charges.  Oversized, heavy, and specialty products will be charged actual freight and could incur additional charges.  A truck icon will appear in your cart for those specific products.  At checkout, under shipping, a message will appear *you will be contacted with actual shipping rates.  Please continue with your purchase and we will contact you regarding your shipping costs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns

Returns must have a Full Potential Educational Resources return authorization number prior to return. Return requests must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.  Please contact us at support@getfullpotential.com.  Returns must be shipped prepaid freight, with the authorization number shown on the outside of all cartons and physically received by Full Potential Educational Resources within 15 days of invoice date. No credit will be allowed on returned merchandise not in saleable condition. Discontinued, drop ship, and special order items may not be returned.
